Beginnings
Our Growth
Founded in 1985 and headquartered in Maryland, Accela Worldwide has grown from a one man brokerage to a global provider of transportation, warehousing services and integrated logistics & supply chain solutions. We have since expanded to branch offices in Arizona and West Virginia, with warehousing space throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland and West Virginia. A proud SmartWay Transport Partner with a network of more than 1,400 independent carriers, Accela collaborates with clients across all industries, including retail, automotive, technology and more. Our mission is to provide solutions to America’s small businesses, up and coming startup’s, and leading Fortune 500 Companies.
